Job Description:
- Complete costing information including generation of Bill of Materials (BOM), identifying exceptions and assumptions, and identifying and documenting all unique costs and issues
- Monitor the RFQ through the process and resolve issues that come up
- Develops, analyzes, audits and evaluates product cost information within established guidelines.
- Interfaces with manufacturing engineering, design engineering, procurement, sales and marketing to prepare product cost estimation analysis for the purposes of price quotation, new product design, internal cost information requests and cost reductions/increases.
- Internally focused on the cost of new R&D development work.
- Liaise with Plant’s Engineering/FEE for any technical enquiries/clarification as and when is necessary.
Job Requirements:
- ITE or Diploma with engineering backgrounds
- Proficiency with Excel
- Excellent in written or Spoken in English
- A team player.
- Preferably working experiences in the manufacturing environment, at least 2 years is preferred or in the Printed Circuit Board Industry
