Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a M&E Executive to be part of their Engineering Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Duties of M&E Executive:
- Manage and maintain M&E systems, including Electrical, ACMV, Lighting, Generators, AV, Fire Protection, Elevators, Telecommunication, Kitchen Exhaust, Grease Interceptor, and Wi-Fi.
- Implement preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs with contractors.
- Develop emergency response plans for incidents like pipe bursts and power failures.
- Lead sustainability efforts and ensure compliance with Green Mark standards.
- Prepare monthly reports, manage budgets, and supervise accounts payable for property-related expenses.
- Work with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve tenant issues.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- At least 5 years’ in related field (Commericial Buildings)
- Comfortable to commit alternate Saturdays
