- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Food Production
- Position Title: Logistics Coordinator (Temp – 4 months)
- Working Location: Jurong West
- Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am – 5 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3000
- Duration: Temporary Role – 4 months
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of the import activities, including import documents and uploading them into the system.
- Liaise with suppliers and related parties.
- Prepare Purchase Orders and maintain the delivery chart.
- Prepare monthly ingredients file for HQ.
- Manage raw material inventory.
- Plan cost down/improve quality.
- Check invoices.
- Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

- Minimum Diploma, with 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office – especially Microsoft Excel and Email
