- Position Title: Automotive Claims Officer
- Working Location: Sin Ming AutoCity
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm), Saturday (9 am – 4.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + OT + Variable Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefits
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Check vehicles for accident and paintwork repairs, carefully assess damages, and prepare repair estimates and quotations for cash repairs.
- Source replacement spare parts needed for vehicle accident repairs.
- Monitor the body and paintwork repair process to ensure it is completed on time.
- Manage claims proactively and process them in a timely manner.
- Attend to insurance surveyors.
- Maintain stock control in the warehouse.
- Provide optimal advice and quality customer care services.
- Perform quality checks on vehicles before returning them to the customer.
- Liaise with subcontractors.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior and management.

- Possess a valid Class 3/ 3A driving license.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Automotive industry.
