Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist - Near Site Execution to join their team.
Position Title: Supply Chain Specialist - Near Site Execution
Contract Duration: 12 or 24-month contract, renewable
Main Tasks and Duties:
- Serve as the point of contact for local operation inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, overseeing and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collect and consolidate data, prepare KPI reports, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
- Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining attention to detail, completing assigned work in a timely manner, and maintaining an efficient and effective work environment.
- Support NSE operations in accordance with guidelines focused on RMA, VR, Server Spare, Decommission, and other related areas as assigned.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders for data collection related to RMA, VR, Server Spare, Decommission, and other assigned areas.
- Coordinate new site deployment asset data with stakeholders.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Service Supply Chain, Near Site Execution team.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong learning capacity.
- Proficient in computer applications (Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Management System).
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills (vlookup, pivot table).
- Familiarity with RMA, handling defective equipment, and Serial Number Management.
- Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain in an IT environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
