Responsibilities:
- Lead market development including educate customers on company’s product and service ranges.
- Attend events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
- Manage entire sales cycle, from lead generation to preparing proposals and negotiations with clients.
- Manage existing customer accounts and relationships and identify new sales opportunity.
- Develop weekly sales plan, providing regular reports on sales activities to management.
- Manage ongoing opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal to understand product specifications and system design requirements.
- Interpret customer needs and work with technical team to propose appropriate product solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial sales such as automation, robotics, software, chucking systems or cutting tools
- Experience in precision engineering, with practical expertise in machining processes
- Ability to work cross functionally to deliver client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
