Working hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
Job Description:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that are competitive, cost effective, and aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Lead annual salary review processes, merit increase programs, and bonus payout cycles, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement a KPI performance management framework, policies, and processes.
- Develop and implement online appraisal system.
- Design and execute benefits programmes by identifying employees' needs and interests.
- Provide guidance and support to HR, managers, and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters, including policy interpretation, problem resolution, and inquiries.
- Develop and deliver training programs and communications to employees
- Support the annual budgeting process by providing input and analysis related to compensation and benefit expenses and forecasts.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in C&B.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any Business Administration related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modelling and HRIS systems
- Experience with compensation survey data and market pricing tools.
