- Basic + AWS & VB
- Monday - Friday (Alternate Saturday)
9am - 6pm / (9am - 1pm) - Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Job Scope:
- Assist customers in daily bookings of cargo sales on our various airline products
- Booking of capacity with airlines and confirmation of capacity with customers.
- Be familiar with the requirements of our various airline products and advise our customers accordingly.
- Assist in the administration of cargo bookings, e.g. loading flight reservations into the system template and ensuring all data are accurately updated.
- Interface with multiple parties including customers, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
- Track and monitor shipment status and inform customers accordingly
- Maintain good relationships with both customers and handle customers' inquiries on a timely basis
- Work closely with the Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing.
- Other duties as assigned.
