The Engineering Quality Leader ensures that both hardware (HW) and software (SW) solutions meet customer and company quality requirements. This role involves supporting development teams, analyzing audit data, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Compliance:Ensure solutions adhere to customer and company quality standards.
- Support Development Teams:Assist in problem identification and resolution, ensuring adherence to processes, practices, standards, and regulations.
- Data Analysis:Analyze audit data, customer complaints, and other feedback to mitigate risks.
- Product Approval:Oversee product conformity and manage customer complaint follow-ups.
- Project Reviews:Provide quality feedback during project reviews.
- Process Implementation:Verify and support the implementation of company practices at the development level through audits and follow-ups.
- Certifications:Support ISO 9001, ASPICE, and ACSMS certifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related field (preferably Electronics).
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance or similar roles.
- Experience in Engineering/Development teams, preferably in Electronics/Telecommunication.
- Knowledge of Quality Standards (ISO 9001, CMMI, ASPICE, ACSMS).
- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and tools (Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Additional skills (preferred): IVVQ Strategy, Configuration Management, Project Management.
