Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with performance and procedures for M&E construction activities.
- Recommend improvements and corrective actions in M&E activities.
- Manage contractors for compliance with drawings, codes, standards, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure quality and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with draftsmen and subcontractors in design, supervision, and installation of mechanical systems.
- Oversee testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Provide supervision and input on site logistics, installation, safety, subcontractors, quality, cost control, and reporting.
- Assist the Project Manager in developing construction policies.
- Ensure timely delivery and minimize project waste and manage project activities effectively.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project operation.
- Collaborate with internal departments, authorities, clients, and suppliers.
- Assist in timely progress reporting to Management.
- Attend site meetings and ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
- Represent the company at site meetings with owners, consultants, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and ISO standards.
- Optimize manpower allocation for productivity.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in related experience in the Construction Industry.
- Knowledgeable with Revit, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Primevera Software.
- Strong knowledge and experience of MS Excel.
