Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor (A1 Main Contractor)

Job Description:
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects;
- Prepare tender submission;
- Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors;
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manners;
- Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors;
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering;
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry;
- Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor;
- Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends;
- Independent with excellent problem-solving skills, detailed and a good team player;
- Salary package commensurate with experience.
