Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with M&E construction performance metrics and suggest enhancements.
- Supervise contractors for quality, adherence to specs, scheduling, and cost.
- Collaborate with design teams and sub-contractors for electrical work.
- Provide on-site guidance on logistics, safety, quality control, and progress reporting.
- Assist Project Manager in creating construction policies.
- Optimize project execution for timely delivery and waste reduction.
- Facilitate communication with internal departments, authorities, clients, and suppliers.
- Contribute to project progress updates and attend site meetings.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives.
- Address issues in stakeholder meetings and monitor safety, quality, and ISO standards.
- Assist in resource allocation for enhanced productivity.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with AutoCAD and Primavera software is an advantage
