Responsibilities:
- Execute inspections on incoming and outgoing subcontracted parts as per specifications.
- Conduct incoming process inspections and maintain quality records and data.
- Identify and report quality issues to management, ensuring segregation of non-conforming products.
- Authorize part rejection or release of conforming parts.
- Perform factory routine testing and on-vessel or on-site testing/commissioning of switchboards.
- Address warranty claims and quality complaints.
- Execute official tests in conjunction with surveyors or consultants.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solution recommendations.
- Implement safety regulations and ensure calibration of inspection instruments.
- Initiate and contribute to efforts aimed at preventing product non-conformity, monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of related working experience.
- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting and able to work independently as well as with the team.
