- Degree in civil engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board or its equavalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering works execution.
- Familiar with LTA MRT projects specifications and requirements.
- Familiar with airside works procedures, requirements and compliance.
- Responsible to plan and coordinate the construction progress schedule.
- Able to lead a team of engineers and communicate well with LTA and QPS.
