Contract Period: 1 NOV 2024 to 31 OCT 2026 where base year is 1 Nov 2024 to 31 Oct 2025
Option to Extend: 1 Nov 2025 to 31 Oct 2026
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide administrative support to teachers on a project basis. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of Teaching Resources: Assist in preparing items for Science experiments, Art lessons, and other educational materials.
- In-Class Support: Help distribute and collect materials during lessons, and assist with cleaning and packing up after classes.
- Data Entry and Management: Perform ad-hoc data entry and manage administrative data as needed.
- General Administrative Duties: Handle reception duties, manage the counter, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Additional Tasks: Undertake any other duties assigned by School Leaders, Admin Manager, or Reporting Officers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' level (or equivalent) with a credit in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a school environment is preferred.
