Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to take on the role of Barista Trainer. This dual role requires expertise in specialty coffee training and operational management, ensuring both high-quality coffee service and efficient operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing our baristas' skills and managing the day-to-day operations of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Barista Training and Quality Assurance:Develop, implement, and oversee training programs for baristas, focusing on coffee quality, customer service, and equipment use.
Maintain high standards of coffee preparation and presentation.
Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
- Leadership and Team Development:Lead, motivate, and manage the team to achieve operational excellence.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team.
Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new staff.
- Customer Experience and Engagement:Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service and product.
Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on barista training and operational management.
- Experience in specialty coffee chains is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in operational management and staff training.
- Strong knowledge of coffee products and brewing techniques.
- Leadership and team management experience.
