Job Description:
- Collaborate with the team to assign Instructors/Facilitators for the company's diverse programmes, managing an average of over 300 weekly classes across various locations every month.
- Source and confirm Instructors/Facilitators for programmes, aligning with clients' specific themes and objectives.
- Actively source and cultivate a new pool of Instructors/Facilitators to support the programmes under your responsibility.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with Instructors/Facilitators across all related programmes.
- Provide comprehensive briefings and disseminate relevant information to Instructors/Facilitators for each programme.
- Evaluate programme effectiveness and implement changes based on feedback from clients and affiliated companies.
- Monitor the performance and conduct of Instructors/Facilitators, ensuring adherence to the code of conduct.
- Track and maintain up-to-date records/logs of incidents occurring at events.
- Verify Instructors/Facilitators' log sheets at the beginning of each month for payment processing.
- Support the Operations Manager or other Programme Coordinators with ad-hoc tasks when required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Candidates with a background in Sports Science will be given preference.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
