Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations, enforcing business strategies for growth and profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
- Direct and mentor sales personnel and promoters on the floor, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and achievement of sales targets through effective coaching and support.

Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 2 – 3 years of supervisor experience, or 1 year in managerial role
