Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily sales operations, enforcing business strategies for growth and profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
  • Direct and mentor sales personnel and promoters on the floor, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and achievement of sales targets through effective coaching and support.
  • Maintain the sales environment, including fitting rooms, stock areas, and display zones, to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
  • Provide comprehensive hands-on training and coaching to staff in customer service etiquette, sales techniques, and product knowledge, fostering a team culture focused on excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategically schedule staff, optimizing workforce allocation to maximize efficiency and meet operational demands while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong customer relationships, effectively managing inquiries and complaints, and meticulously recording interactions to ensure personalized and efficient service.
  • Support merchandise planning and budget management efforts, closely monitoring inventory levels, and product selection to meet customer demand and sales objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, suggesting optimal product assortments and suppliers, and conducting competitor research to stay ahead in the retail landscape.
  • Develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns and digital marketing strategies, leveraging various channels to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Generate and analyze financial and inventory reports, utilizing insights to manage sales and profit projections effectively, while overseeing purchasing processes and implementing robust security measures to safeguard assets.
  • Utilize three years of retail management experience to drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline operations, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • At least 2 – 3 years of supervisor experience, or 1 year in managerial role
