Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Full Set Account Executive to manage the full set (AP, AR, GL) daily accounting activities.
What Will You Do
- Assist in full set account activities.
- To manage and lead a team of accountants in delivering best result for the Accounting team
- Assist in data entry of receipts and customer invoices in accounting system
- Handle Bank reconciliation
- To prepare suppliers payment.
- To handle petty cash claims.
- Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management
Requirement
- At least Diploma in Accounting or similar
- Must have at least 3 years experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft application especially in Excel
- Must have experience in industries dealing with FMCG products
- Independent with excellent leadership skill neat, organized and meticulous
- Will be required to work 1 Saturday (½ day) once a month
