Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales operations, enforce business strategies for growth and profitability, and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Direct and mentor sales personnel and promoters on the floor, ensuring they follow company guidelines and meet sales targets.
- Maintain the sales environment, including fitting rooms, stock areas, and display zones, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide hands-on training and coaching to staff in customer service etiquette, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Strategically schedule staff, optimizing workforce allocation for maximum efficiency.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, manage customer inquiries and complaints, and keep detailed records of customer interactions.
- Support merchandise planning and budget management, monitor inventory levels and product selection.
- Analyze market trends, suggest optimal product assortments and suppliers, conduct competitor analyses, and market research.
- Develop and implement promotional campaigns and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Generate and review financial and inventory reports, manage sales and profit projections, and oversee purchasing and security measures.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- At least 2 – 3 years of supervisor experience, or 1 year in managerial role
