Relationship Manager, Auto Department
Mon to Fri, 9.30am to 6.30pm
• Market Goldbell’s suite of financial products to potential customers
• Identify, develop and implement marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness
• Establish and maintain excellent rapport with existing customer portfolio through regular marketing visits and regular rapport building activities
• Partake in sales and marketing activities in generating prospects
• Perform credit processing and assessment, including financial analysis
• Ensure proper and timely documentation for every transaction
• Achieve constant growth and pre-set business targets
• Manage portfolio of salespeople (ie, deal with referral partners to do up loan, act as point of contact, liaison, quotations before passing the administration portion to the admin team)
• Identify opportunities for further growth in business
• Resolve customer complaints
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree
• Keen Interest in vehicles – eg: willing to read up and learn on the models, brands, types of commercial vehicles and passenger cars out in the market
• Relevant experience in financial lending/Auto Financing (Exposure in Commercial Lending to SME is advantageous)
• Analytical thinking
• Problem solving skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
