Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in order to ensure that office support services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare memo for Admin related matters like, condolences, company events, company transport schedule, etc.
- Arrange and coordinate company’s driver schedule.
- Make travel arrangements for company approved business travel, visa application, hotel booking and air ticket arrangement.
- Handling of company official document for postage or courier. Maintain and record the usage of postages and registered mail.
- Source for suppliers and purchase stationeries.
- Source for suppliers and prepare festivals gifts for clients for occasions.
- Arrange car park lots to All employees include clients and contractors.
- Handle inhouse canteen operation in term of clearness and to involve in audit weekly.
- Handle the employees seating arrangement for all staffs level from Senior Manager, Managers Executive, Engineer, etc
- Assist to cover reception duties when required.
- Assist in the organising of Company events.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 3 years of experience as Company Administration in marine industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Pivot table, V-lookup, PowerPoint and Words)
