Role Overview: As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients plan their financial futures by offering tailored financial insurance products. You will build lasting relationships with clients, provide expert financial advice, and guide them in making informed decisions to protect their assets and achieve their financial objectives. Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Sales and Business Development:


  • Promote and sell a range of financial insurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, investment-linked policies, and retirement plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Financial Planning and Analysis:


  • Create customized financial plans and investment strategies for clients.
  • Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products and investment options.
  • Monitor clients' financial portfolios and provide ongoing advice to ensure their plans remain aligned with their goals.

Compliance and Professionalism:


  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in selling financial insurance products is advantageous but not required.
  • No experience individuals are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide sound financial advice.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS, CFP) are a plus.
