Job Description:
- To assist in the planning, managing and implementation of operational processes of the department.
- To ensure the department Policy, Procedures and work Instruction document is always accurate and updated
- To help in collating statistics at regular intervals for monitoring and management reporting.
- Arrange working meetings and provide secretariat support for the department, both internal and external to the organisation.
- To document notes of meeting accurately and within agreed timeframe.
- To prepare meeting materials ie slides, handouts, meeting agenda, for meetings called by the project managers and clinical leads.
- Provides effective and timely support and assistance for the design and implementation of initiatives as part of the dept programmes, projects and pilots.
- Maintains good and effective communication skills within the department and outside the department.
- To undertake any other projects a assigned by the Management.
Requirement:
- Higher Nitec / Diploma
- Entry Level , on job training provided
