Responsibilities:
· Applying the best Network operational technologies and metrics to measure quality, speed, user experience.
· Manage service improvements for all Network and Security services supported throughout the organization.
· Provide daily operational support for network security infrastructure documents!
· Manage all high severity incidents and try to resolve them and restore the infra services within the stipulated SLA.
· Manage all low severity incidents/requests without breaching the stipulated SLA.
Skills/Requirement:
· Hands on experience in Cisco Nexus & Data Center Architectures (VPC/VDC/ACI/MPLS)
· Must be an expert in Routing protocols – high level proficiency of BGP/OSPF
· Hands on experience in switching technologies.
· High level proficiency of operations and troubleshooting mechanisms.
· Experience with Network monitoring and management tools such as (HPNNM/SolarWinds/Grafana)
