About the Role
- Support the implementation of a digital transformation strategy and marketing campaigns in tune with market trends and consumer behaviour, in partnership with internal and external teams;
- Support the creation of social assets, the adoption and management of digital tools for enhancing internal training and optimizing website launches to boost brand presence.
- Contribute to SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization and maintain website content to ensure a seamless user experience that accurately conveys the brand’s messaging.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to discern consumer trends, preferences, and competitor behaviour to enhance brand’s strategy.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators for brand’s health, including market share, customer’s perception and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with local teams to create and rollout regional marketing materials and toolkits.
- Assist in coordinating, planning and execute regional events and webinars across the APAC region to enhance brand engagement and outreach to target audiences.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing & New Communications or related subjects
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, salary will commensurate with years of experience
- Able to interpret data and extract actionable insights, with a solid grasp of analytics tools
- Strong can-do attitude: Innovative and collaborative with a passion for quality and efficiency
- Strong collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and partners, with exceptional communication abilities
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to learn/leverage digital marketing tools
- Ability to take initiatives and work with ambiguity in an unstructured environment
- Knowledge and experience in digital marketing tools, SEO and website management is a bonus
