Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service
- Serve and manage high-end clientele with professionalism and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, including new arrivals, customization options, and design trends.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to after-sales service.
- Work collaboratively with the entire sales team to maximize showroom performance and customer satisfaction.
Store Operations
- Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards to reflect company brand image.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are recorded accurately in the sales system.
Marketing and Outreach
- Engage in local marketing activities and events to promote company’s and attract new clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in luxury brand/furniture sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-end environment.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury furniture trends and brands (a plus).
- Open to work on weekends (5 days work week)
