Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Swimming Lessons: Teach swimming techniques, water safety, and survival skills to students, ranging from beginners to advanced levels.
- Develop Individualized Instruction Plans: Create and implement personalized lesson plans based on each student's age, experience, and learning style.
- Ensure Safety: Supervise all swim sessions to ensure a safe environment, adhering to all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Assess and Track Progress: Evaluate students’ progress regularly, provide constructive feedback, and adjust lesson plans accordingly to ensure skill development.
- Engage with Parents and Students: Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress, lesson scheduling, and other relevant information.
- Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all swimming equipment and pool facilities are in good condition and used properly.
- Professional Development: Attend training sessions and workshops to keep skills and certifications up to date.
- Administrative Duties: Manage class records, attendance, and other administrative tasks as needed.
