• Provide helpdesk support, resolving first-level user problems and performing basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment, and software.
• Log and resolve service desk calls, keeping end users updated.
• Collaborate with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with international IT support staff to address user problems.
• Ensure seamless interconnectivity of desktop computers with various systems in a client-server environment.
• Manage ongoing PC re-image program using Intune.
• Train staff on hardware and software usage.
• Recommend and perform system upgrades as needed.
• Assist in purchasing, building, and deploying IT-related hardware and software.
• Maintain IT inventory through hardware and software audits.
• Experience with Azure environment.
• Provide support for Video Conferencing systems.
Requirement
- Min TAFE Diploma in IT
- Passion for customer service: organized, approachable, enthusiastic, resilient, and friendly
- Good technical knowledge and skills in Desktop support
- Experience in a full Office365 environment
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Experience with SCCM/Intune
- Excellent communication skills
- Hardworking and willingness to work according to job demands
- Logical and clear thinking
- Exceptional problem solver
