Nyana Nyana manages an upcoming multi-brand sustainable store and we are inviting candidates for the position of:
Sustainable Store Manager (Full time)

Main Responsibilities:
Retail Performance & Operations
- Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management
- Visual Merchandising
- Store Operations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a small boutique team
- Maintain and update POS System
Sales and Promotion
- Provide excellent customer service
- Integrate sustainability into the company’s marketing, branding, and communication strategies
Relations
- Manage and develop relationships with stakeholders, brands, and vendors
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fashion
- Passion and interest in sustainable fashion (experience in sustainability is not required)
- Numerate and tech-savvy
- Availability to work 5 days a week (including weekends and public holidays)
- Commitment to the role following on-the-job training
