MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and Implement HR Strategies:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and hires the best talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management processes and recommend improvements.
Training and Development:
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management and professional development.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and implement HR metrics and dashboards to track key HR performance indicators.
- Provide decision support through HR metrics and data analysis.
Health and Safety:
- Maintain and enhance the organization's health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
