This multifaceted position will leverage your proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting, and market research, all within a progressive framework of business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations Expert: Craft sales proposals, orchestrate meetings, and provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director and Sales Managers in proposal crafting.
- CRM Super User: Administer our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and crafting insightful sales performance reports.
- Market Research & Strategy: Engage in diligent research on prospective clients and competitors, pinpoint new business avenues, and aid in sculpting potent sales strategies.
- Strategic Initiatives Champion: Independently execute market research, formulate business development reports, and spearhead initiatives that nurture potential business segments.
- Market Intelligence Champion: Advocate for market intelligence as a critical asset and collaborate with the Studies team to deepen its integration.
- Strategic Project Management: Initiate business development projects and oversee their seamless transition to the Go-to-Market and Strategy Deployment stages.
- Event Leadership: Take the helm in organising and executing our inter-departmental and client-centric events.
- Effective Communication: Develop lucid and persuasive presentations for senior management and sales team briefings.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent Semco as a pioneering and desirable employer within the offshore energy domain.
Qualifications:
- Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Professional Experience: 2-3 years in a business development, sales coordination, or akin administrative capacity. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Organisational Prowess: Exceptional organisational, communicative, and time management capabilities.
- Technological Fluency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive Approach: A forward-thinking mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Independent Operator: The ability to work autonomously with a strong analytical and problem-solving approach.
- Multitasking Mastery: Capable of prioritising and juggling diverse tasks concurrently.
