The Role
In this role as the as Product Manager, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our AI development team, ensuring that we're building solutions that truly meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth interviews and workshops with clients to understand their pain points and business objectives.
- Need Analysis: Analyze client data and identify opportunities where AI can deliver significant value.
- User Journey Mapping: Develop user journeys and user stories that capture the user experience from start to finish.
- Product Definition: Work with stakeholders to define product requirements, features, and functionalities.
- Technical Collaboration: Partner closely with AI developers and engineers to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Project Management: Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Communication & Reporting: Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and roadmaps to clients and internal stakeholders.
You're a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI principles and their potential applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in user experience (UX) design and user journey mapping.
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
Bonus points for:
- Experience in a specific AI domain (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and user research techniques.
