- Salary: Up to $5.5k (subjected to experience)
- 8 to 9 months contract
The Talent
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong understanding of the beauty industry. Experience in travel retail dynamics is a plus!
- Market & Consumer Insight: Ability to translate trends and data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Brand Building: Passion for developing brand strategies, conceiving innovative products and services, and creating engaging campaigns.
- Activation Excellence: Delivering impactful results with agility, rigor, and a focus on sustainable business practices.

Job Description
- Lead the launch and accelerate the growth of pillar products, contributing to the continued success of brand and exceeding sales targets.
- Continuously analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities and make strategic recommendations to management.
- Develop and execute impactful, integrated marketing campaigns (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) that resonate with travelers and build memorable brand experiences
- Stay ahead of the curve by proposing disruptive product and service ideas, adapting communication materials (imagery, digital, POS) to captivate our target audience.
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Education, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and achieve shared business objectives.
- Manage the A&P budget effectively to maximize ROI, ensuring accurate sales forecasting, and regularly reporting key performance indicators to senior management.
