Responsibilities :
- Ensure customer satisfaction by streamlining customer service operations and fostering positive relationships with both customers and staff.
- Adhere to established customer service standards and procedures.
- Support by assisting with tasks such as handling goods and tax refunds, processing smart-card applications, making public announcements, and managing lost and found cases.
- Promptly address customer issues, respond to inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Gather and organize customer feedback to enhance service standards.
Requirements :
- Min. ITE
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in hospitality
