Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing displays and layouts for the garden center, including plant arrangements, decorative features, and product displays.
- Install and maintain displays, ensuring they remain fresh and appealing.
- Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure the garden center is well-merchandised and make adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective product placement and promotions.
Requirements:
