We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business-to-business (B2B) marketing strategies to promote our products, enhance our brand presence, and drive growth. This role will also include planning and executing events that align with our marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan and budget to support the ongoing branding of Abaxx Exchange
- Lead and manage the marketing calendar within the commercial team to manage the internal work processes leading to the events.
- Collaborate closely with parent company, Abaxx Technologies, to align a coordinate marketing strategies, leverage on existing resources/relationships of Abaxx Technologies, to ensure cohesive and unified branding and promotional efforts across all platforms
- Create compelling and informative content targeted at the commodity and finance audience through various marketing channel including social media, website and industry publications
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, webinars, podcast, product launches and promotional activities to increase visibility on Abaxx Exchange and connect with industry stakeholders
- Work with internal team and/or partners to craft compelling messaging and content that communicates the value proposition of Abaxx Exchange
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives including driving consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- Be proficient in writing and proofreading text and ensure that messaging resonates with target audience.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with financial regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial industry
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
- Prior experience in commodities is advantageous
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in event planning and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tool preferred.
