Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers, ensuring top-notch service.
- Efficiently take orders, manage table assignments, and address customer inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain precise records.
- Follow operational protocols to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment.
- Monitor retail inventory levels and suggest improvements.
- Seek feedback from customers and colleagues to enhance service quality.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
Working Hours:
- 5 days a week, totaling 44 hours.
- Overtime compensation provided.
