The Role
A Leading Utilities Group company is looking for Frontline Service Ambassadors. As a Frontline Customer Ambassador, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting a positive brand image. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties include:
- To manage and maintain operational standards of the dedicated building services Centre.
- Keep stock and be accountable for all stock and store supplies for residents/customers.
- To be first point of contact for walk-in resident/customers.
- To provide assistance to residents/customers in various areas of customer service as well as render administrative assistance for account queries and information.
Job Requirements
- Diploma with prior experience in customer service roles. (Entry level are welcomed to apply).
- Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage impromptu situations.
- Independent, hardworking and self-driven, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office application.
- Mondays to Fridays, and Saturdays if required.
- Job location is in the Western part of Singapore.
- Working hours: 5-day work week from 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon to Fri)
