Responsibilities:
- You will be required to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support as a personal assistant.
- Your responsibilities include coordination and scheduling of appointments, and attending to phone calls and correspondences from internal and external customers.
- Additionally, you will need to provide support for meetings such as notes taking and collation of materials ahead of the meetings.
Requirements:
- You should be meticulous with strong organizational skills, and able to work independently.
- You would also need to be proficient in using Microsoft Office, and have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have work experience as Personal Assistant or Secretary.
