Job purpose
· Responsible for serving and clearing food and beverages to and from members according to service rules and procedures
· Provide F&B services including clearing of away soiled plates, billings according to supervisors’/captains’ orders
· Guide new staff on F&B services
· Prepare readies for service
· Replenish stocks for daily use
· Greet and usher members to seats and take F&B orders
