Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with couriers and sales support team to arrange for delivery
- Generate delivery order for daily deliveries
- Checking courier invoices monthly for sales support and finance
- Scan handset barcode for inventory purposes
- General admin duties
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager
Requirements:
- Able to commit from 9am – 3pm
- Team player with good attitude
- Training will be provided, entry level with administrative experience is welcome to apply
- Proficient in English for documenting and communicating
