Job Duties:
- Greet and direct customers to kiosk for queue ticket
- Verify customers' on transactions and appointment time, providing assistance as and when required.
- Direct consultants to their customers for meeting room booking
- Provide assistance for basic enquiries from customers and consultants.
- Ensure that the drop boxes are cleared and documents/cheques are collected promptly.
- Manage the collection of documents/cheques are collected promptly.
- Follow up with customers to collect documents/cheques.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service industry
- Proficient in MS Office
