Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of operations management regionally and ensure continuity of business operations at all times.
- Devise and develop comprehensive operational strategies, through alignment with the corporate vision and seamless integration across all entities.
- Foster transparent communication with executive leadership and across all operational teams to facilitate effective problem-solving and drive operational excellence.
- Support strategic direction in improving effectiveness and efficiency across all operational processes and procedures.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to support corporate operational needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance policies, relevant ethical and compliance standards, and workplace safety requirements as part of key operational priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related field.
- 10 years of managerial experience in operations management, preferably in footwear/ textile industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable with travelling.
