- Assist eShop Campaign Operations Manager in planning and executing campaigns and tactical activities to drive online sales, traffic, and contribution through affiliated marketing partners (AMP).
- Collaborate with design teams and Marcom to develop marketing collaterals.
- Assist AMP to manage content across various areas on e-marketing platforms or related products.
- Support in achieving assigned products targets for Digital Sales and reducing cost per order.
- Contribute to meeting online contribution targets.
- Assist with tasks related to the assigned products, including inventory management, pricing updates, and product data maintenance.
- Assist AMP in implementing digital marketing efforts including programmatic buys, social media targeting, and dynamic creative optimization.
- Support efforts in SEM, SEO, and affiliate marketing to drive qualified traffic and increase sales conversion.
- Work with AMP internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely implementation of weekly promotions and UX improvements.
- Aid in verifying online content and promotions.
- Help maintain the company's online presence and reputation.
- Assist in creating and maintaining social media content posted by the AMP.
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of digital marketing reports.
- Available to work on weekends and public holidays occasionally to support important events.
Requirements
- Min Diploma holder
- Requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Cultivating and managing relationships with external partners to foster strong rapport and collaboration.
- Proficiency with digital content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Understanding of web publishing.
