Roles and Responsibilities
- Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service and follow up with them
- Provide professional rehab, TCM and wellness advice and consultation for customers, managing customers' needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Be the patient's advocate; giving advice and recommend what treatment is suitable for them
- Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers
- Oversee and manage the overall operation of the branch eg. Ops Roster, Staff MC, Punctuality, Daily Sales target, marketing promotions and updates
- In charge and run the outlet efficiently and effectively. Accountable for cash register and shop's opening and closing
- Proficient Housekeeping and Administrative paperwork of the Centre
- Handle customers' complaints and feedback
- To assist in making cold calls to customers and taking appointments including registration and closure
- Ensure all treatment rooms & consultation rooms are in good & conductive condition, maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and safety measures.
- Manage appointments, client records, orders, stock, and sales transactions. Ensure accuracy of inventory movement and stock level.
- Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment
- Achieve personal sales target and assist in achieving monthly sales target set out for the centre.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and people skills required
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
