Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned and/or surprise site visits to check and assess that supported items are still in operation at the deployment location.
- This would include general observations and assessments on the claimant and deployment location, walking through the functions of the supported solution(s) with the claimant, checks on specified documents, hardware and software deployed on location, and solution reports where necessary, and specific enquiries to the claimant where necessary.
- At times, Organization may review the nature of site visits to be conducted and provide additional instructions for the on-site checks.
- To obtain claimant’s contact details and liaise with claimants to schedule and conduct the on-site checks.
- To liaise with the claimant with regards to any queries pertaining to the on-site check.
- To highlight potential misuse of grant not aligned to policy and objectives of grant.
- To complete the on-site checks and report findings on a timely basis
Requirements:
- The officer should have at least five years of relevant experience in any of the following forms of audit: Financial Audit (b) Operational Audit (c) Compliance Audit (d) Information Systems Audit and inclusive of at least three years of supervisory experience.
- The officer should possess any of the following certification (or any equivalent certification): Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) certification, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
- The officer should also be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
