Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Customer Service Support professional to join our Maintenance Department. The primary focus of this role is to liaise with customers regarding maintenance schedules and ensure seamless coordination with our internal team to deliver top-notch maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers to arrange and confirm maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with the internal team to finalize maintenance dates.
- Handle incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Pass job sheets to the Finance Department for invoicing and billing.
- Provide administrative support and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and timely service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
