Job Duties:
- Guide business managers on financial implications of projects and initiatives
- Maintain and update list of projects and manage process with regional office
- Generate regular and adhoc financial reports for facilitation of discussions and decision making with the business
- Provide support for key initiatives and projects within the organisation
- Recommend and implement appropriate finance policies to ensure adequate internal controls and procedures are in place to safeguard the company's financial resources.
- Review and maintain existing finance policies to ensure they remain relevant and appropriate.
- Manage the annual expense budget planning and quarterly expense forecast process, including collating, reviewing and summarizing information received.
- Assist in reviewing of project budget requests and follow up on post implementation reviews.
- Assist in general budget control and reporting functions
