Job Description:
- Administer staff leave, timesheets, e-clearance & trainings
- Administer sub-con timesheet
- Handling customer/ supplier invoices & pass applications for staffs and suppliers
- Handle petty cash and claims
- Handling accounts receivable, accounts payable
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Able to work in Jurong Island as and when required (Transport provided)
- Able to commence on immediately or short notice period is preferred
